Election in ward 7B, Unit 15 was not successful due to the fight outbreak that occured between different parties in the unit. At exactly 9:50am, there was a disagreement between the party agents in unit. Hence, the role of voting was violated and at the time of controlling the crowd and letting them know about the rules and how to fix the disagreement between them. One of the voters in the unit took it upon himself to break the ballot box, destroy the cubicle and destroyed some other materials like stamp etc. In this process, everything was on hault, and as such, we the team members (PO, APOI, II and III) took a decision by safeguarding the BVAS and other important materials eg P.U. Booklet etc, and by putting calls across to our SPO which he inturned called the security agencies (the police) to come to our rescue while we remained in the bush. As such, considering the fact that the unit has refused free and fair election, I hereby request the election in Ward 7B, Unit 15 be cancelled as the Presiding Officer (P.O)
