The people refused to vote because the numbers of ballot Pappers issued is less in number to the number of accredited voters. The SPO and the RA pleaded for them to keep voting while the issue is being sorted but they refused and insisted the ballot papers must be complete before voting commences. After much pleading and it almost resulted in violence I have to pack off and leave the premises. Just only one Voter accredited by name Aimze Chukwunenye Mathias without voting. The SPO later brought the missing Ballot papers but time has gone and the voting process has to come to an end.
