This document is a COLLATION form (ward/LGA summary across many polling units), not this polling unit's EC8A. Its figures are an aggregate over several units and are not this unit's result under any reading. The extractor said so itself: "This document is a summary form (EC8A COL) not a polling unit EC8A form, it contains collated results from different polling units. Also, party votes are not in figures and words as individual parties. Only a total for each polling unit and grand total.". Held out pending re-extraction with a form-type gate.
