Nanka I I Ejilibe Nkemakonam, the presiding officer at the above Polling unit was encountered with ballot papers Snatching by An Agent of Political Party in my unit le APC in the Presence of the Security men le Policemen attached to my Polling unit on the 6th Nov 2021. The Agent Snatched the Ballot from the bag and ran away with it in the presence of Security men attched to my Polling unit as this did not allow me to perform my duty as Presiding officer and there was no election on the said day.
