Voting in Higidi started at about 8.30am in every polling unit simultaneously and everything went on smoothly until counting of ballot papers. During this period, at about 3.00pm, some group of boys invaded polling units 2 and 6. One ballot box from polling unit 2 and 3 ballot boxes from polling unit 6 were snatched and the ballot papers destroyed and scattered on the ground in pieces. Since results from pu 2 and pu 6 were not allowed to be properly recorded before the attacked, I suggest that, the election should be cancelled in the units.
