Calls were made to The SPO who called the EO to inform, along the line We were told by our Spo that arrangement has been made for our transport by a source we don't know at about 12:18pm before the said time, a supposed adhoc staff from another L.G.A trying to cross the Water was shot at by people believed to be militant, boat men refused to embark On the Journey for lack of adequate supply of Security, all the adhoc staff agreed to Pull out because of our personal Safety at about 12:45pm.
