A REPORT OF A SNATCHED BALLOT PAPER AT THE POLLING UNIT AKPUNEKE PLAYGROUND UNIT 3 WARD 3 Prior to the period of sorting and counting the votes of the Gubernatorial election. Some guys suddenly caused a commotion about a ballot paper that is not valid and there was a loud argument on that when I declared that the vote was valid violently. They took the APC already counted ballot papers because they have the highest vote that amounted to 70 votes, Labour party 10, and PDP got 37 votes. I was almost done with gubernatorial election when the incidence happened because of what happened before I instructed my A.P.O.S to stopped counting the votes and they started dragging the ballot boxes and forcing us to continue with counting the votes when a man came and rescue us. I can say this all happened as a result of insecurity
