The electoral processes was going fair and freely until we the officer decided to count the vote at the hour of 2.30PM as we were instructed during the training. The party agent from All Progressive Congress (A.P.C) in collaboration with other thugs present in the polling station insisted that the vote will not be counted at the polling station and threatened to deal with us if we do otherwise. They angrily snatched the two ballot boxes away to a place unknown to us and after some minutes when we have returned to the RAC Centre, the boys returned the ballot boxes to the R.A.C. centre. We narrated the story to the policemen on duty and the chief suspect by name Elechi Kelechi a native of Ndiaqueni ekwashi was arrested and was taken to the police post for questioning. The police officer also carried the ballot boxes and the ballot papers to further investigations. After the election, the number of accredited voters was 120
