The election started around 9:00 am until 12:45 pm when the unidentified voters started fighting violently. One hundred and forty two (142) voters were already accredited. The election officials comprising the presiding officer (PO), the assistant presiding officers (APO I, II and III), and the party agents were unaware of the major cause of the disagreement and the ballot box was damaged and the ballot papers in it were all scattered, which resulted to the instant stoppage of the election process.
