I Adigizi Augustine Anthony, the Presiding Officer of 007 Polling Unit of Dogon-kawa ward of Doguwa local Government wish to inform the Commission on the Un-healthy activity that happen in the P.U. Commence Election started at about 8:45 am and all activities were going on normal till at about 1:34 PM, we had an individual who failed the accreditation process and was politely declined not to vote. He insisted with threat that he must be given ballot papers to vote, the agents from other political parties refused him have access to the ballot papers. Some minutes later he forcefully snatched of the ballot papers insisting that if he don't vote nobody will vote. This Cause an Unrest which fight broke, The Presiding Officers and of the APOs have to withdraw from the Units. ballot boxes and destroy of and ballot papers scattered.
