Having started normally, the voting process was disrupted by the information that some hoodlums were coming to the polling unit. Myself and the APOI had to run for safety while tearing the voting materials in an open space. The hoodlums came as informed, but could not inflict on us any harm because the polling unit was deserted when they arrived. Soon after we called the SPO and he arrived shortly to take us back to RAC Centre, from which we proceeded to the INEC office at Odogbolu. We returned all the materials given to us and departed later for our homes.
