As at the close of election at 2:30pm, the result were being collated and as soon as the result were being counted, there was a disruption by some 3 unknown men came to Snatch the ballot and they destroyed the used ballot paper, tore it into shreds and took it away! The bvas is safe with the Ap01 while other cleation materials are safe. We could not Collate the result as all the counted ballot ware snatched away.
