The above aforementioned polling unit Details is for cancellation owing to this reason, We arrived the polling unit late and election started at exactly 10:45am Due to some issues we had with leginics and also, the said polling unit being a long distance village from the RAC Centre. The Smart Card Reader started malfunctioning at the point of verifying the 132nd Voter on our verification. All efforts to get it back and running was abortive and we had a whole lot of pressure from the impatient Voters. They eventually forced us into getting them accredited and vote after so much incitement. We (the election official) could no longer control the situation. We tried to engage the SPO or any other chief officers on phone call but there was no network connection what soever. We regret any inconveniences this might have caused as not to proceed with manual voting was under duress.
