It was held at severity=info ONLY by the best.d <= ordinaryL1 gate (LGA p90 = 0.380), which demands the CORRECTED vector fit better than 90% of units in its LGA — a corrected sheet only needs to look normal, not top-decile. Hand-check of this class found 8 of 8 legible sheets misattributed with the wrong published winner. A row shift preserves every arithmetic total, so validation cannot detect it.
