At the said time 2:30pm, when the INEC officials were concluding the voting process and getting ready to count and upload the result in the INEC portal, there was an disagreement between the parties agents on the process which eventually lead to misunderstanding between the agents. This result in exchange of words among them, the aggressive agent stand on the INEC table and drag all the INEC materials that was on the table, the fight led to destruction of all INEC materials both the sensitive material: The both result sheet, ballot box, ballot paper and even injuring my APO III in the act of escaping with the BVAS. All the accessory with task destroyed and it was only the BVAS machine was manage to be escape with by some injure staff. I do conclude by, saying, the election in Ward 1, Unit 17 was marked with violence and destruction of INEC material.
