I, the P.O by name ETIM ASUQUO OTU and my co-workers were attacked by some hoodlums at Eto Mkipe Yellow Duke Community just after the voting process which was done with a neighboring Polling unit (Unit 002) as a result of final count made by unit (002) in the same ward. This led to the destruction of INEC electoral materials, both sensitive and non-sensitive materials which are been listed below (i) The cubicle (ii) BVAS box (iii) Ballot boxes (iv) Casted voting/ballot papers (v) Tampered envelop, both Governorship and State house Assembly (EC8A and EC8A) (vi) Stamp and stamp pad (vii) (EC50E) manual register (viii) My phone spoiled. MATERIALS RECOVERED ARE AS FOLLOWS (i) The BVAS machine (ii) Un-used and un-issued ballot papers (iii) Counterfoil of ballot papers (iv) Valid voters register (v) Stamp and stamp pad (vi) Finger print ink pad (vii) Reflectors (viii) INEC Bag
