The presiding officer hereby write this report as follows, The voting started and ended successfully at exactly 2:30 pm but on the process of sorting and counting the ballots papers, some groups of men came in and started destroying most of the election materials, both sensitive and non-sensitives, such as ballot box, papers, cubicle, result sheets, power bank, charger etc. They were with guns and knife, we all ran for our lives. So the election was not successful because of unknown gun men.
